Micah Fogarty

Micah Fogarty has spent over fifteen years advocating for small and large business clients, and individual clients. She focuses her practice in the areas of federal, state, and local tax; entity formation, operation, and termination; tax-exempt organizations; premarital agreements; and estate planning. Micah also has experience in the area of civil tax controversies (administrative and litigation) with the Internal Revenue Service, the Florida Department of Revenue, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Micah received her LL.M. in Taxation and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law where she served as a member of the Florida Law Review. Micah is active in the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and is currently serving as Secretary.

Micah has been involved with the Tampa Museum of Art for over 10 years and is currently serving on the Foundation Board.
