Fogarty Mueller Harris, PLLC is pleased to welcome attorney Ashley Friedrich. Ashley concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate law, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and advance directives, as well as guiding clients through the administration of estates and trusts.

Ashley’s work also includes advising individuals and families on strategies to preserve wealth, minimize tax exposure, and ensure the orderly transfer of assets. She also represents clients in probate proceedings, from uncontested administrations to complex disputes involving fiduciary duties and beneficiary rights.
She was raised in Melbourne, Florida, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida, and her law degree from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Tampa campus.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2018, Ashley practiced at a family law firm in Tampa, where she guided families through contested and uncontested marriage dissolutions along with name change matters. Ashley subsequently joined a criminal defense firm in Tampa, representing low-income defendants in various misdemeanor and felony matters and a corporate litigation firm in Tampa, representing individuals in various first party coverage commercial and residential matters.
